After years of working in the mental health field, I began searching for complementary modalities to support the mind, body, and soul. After experiencing the many benefits of energy work firsthand, I knew I had found a path that would allow me to use my gifts in a truly fulfilling way.

I intend to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported, allowing you to reconnect with your inner wisdom. I believe everyone has their own unique path to healing, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. With each session, I guide you with empathy, compassion, and intuition, ensuring that it’s tailored to you as an individual. My training includes certification as a Master Reiki Practitioner and in Sound and Vibration Therapy.
